Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup ground almond

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 cup of honey

½ teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons of water

1/8 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or Cacao nibs

Pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

* Preheat oven to 160 °C, make sure the oven is hot before you put the cookies in.

* Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.

* Place the cookies onto a baking sheet

* Cook for 10-15 minutes.

 

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
