Protein Brownie Cake

Last night I was really craving for a sweet treat but to don't feel guilty afterwards I decided to experiment on a clean brownie recipe I found online ( @Goldfenger) and make it even better.

Decided to take some to the gym this morning so my guinea pigs (training buddies) could try them and for the speed they ate them I guess it makes it a successful recipe.. even the crumbs were gone in no time!

Ingredients:

- 2/3 cup oat flour

- 1/3 almond flour

- 1/4 coconut flour

- 1 & 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder

- 2 eggs

- 1 banana

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1/3 cup coconut oil

- 1/3 cup cacao powder

- 1 tsp vanilla powder

- 2 tbsp honey

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

* Put the oven to 175 °C

* Melt coconut oil, add milk and let relax a little

* Mix the oat, almond and coconut flour together and add the coconut oil with the milk in.

* Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it all together

* Top with whatever you feel like ( I used cacao nibs and coconut) and bake for 30-35 min

Notes:

*If you want to up the amount of protein you'll also need to up the milk or it will be too dry

* Chocolate protein powder will also be good

* You can make it on regular brownie shape by changing the tray you use for baking (my oven is too small so this fits better)

* It tastes great with some nut nutter on top
